Originally we recommended ageing until 2020. We are delighted to say that in 2026 this wine is till maturing. Perfect for drinking now, and will certainly benefit with some more ageing.

The wine was traditionally fermented and a period of extended maceration was undertaken to ensure optimum colour and structure was developed.

Dark, clean crimson with a vibrant edge
- Bouquet
Ripe, upfront dark mulberry with raspberry overtones complimented with liquorice and chocolate mocha
- Palate
Well balanced and full bodied. Upfront dark fruits including bramble and mulberry are followed by fine tannins and ample red fruit of strawberry jam and cherry.
